The organizers consider also organising of an additional, optional excursion on Saturday, 17 September (about 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.) to the Barycz Valley and Milicz Ponds Area (precious natural area and a partner area in the Living Lakes network).
The excursion would be subject to an additional fee of EUR 50. It will take place if sufficient number of participants will express the interest to take part in it.

The fee shall be paid against an invoice issued individually (and sent by email) to each participant upon the registration (the invoice will provide i.a. the relevant bank data).
Lack of payment until the 10th of September will be considered as the cancellation of the participation in the conference.

Cancellation policy

We understand that sometimes your plans may change. However, as we have to pay the conference costs in advance, we cannot reimburse your conference fee in case of cancellation after the 4th of September 2016 and in case of no show.

Please be aware that accommodation should be booked/reserved well ahead of the event in view of the fact that Wroclaw will be well attended as Cultural Capital 2016.

We have provisionally booked about 100 hotel rooms (please give the password ‘EELF 2016’ while booking your room):

1) 1 PLN = 0.23 EUR; 1 EUR = 4.4 PLN

By plane:

Wrocław Airport (WRO) is well connected i.a. with Munich, Frankfurt, Warsaw, Copenhagen.

From the airport:
The most convenient way to get to the hotel is to take a taxi.
Taxis of the company ‘Partner’ are usually available next to the terminal. The cost should by about 50 PLN = about 12 EUR (during daytime).

Bus no. 406 goes every 20 minutes from the airport to the Wrocław Central Station.

By train:

Wrocław Central Station (Wrocław Główny) is located close to the city center (20 min. walk from the Market Place, 25 min. from the conference venue). Trams no. 2, 5, 8, 9, 11 go from the station to the center (tram stop: Galeria Dominikańska, 2 stops from the station).
