Listed as a „recommended environmental lawyer” in the ranking of Polish lawyers prepared by the „Rzeczpospolita” newspaper (in 2009, 2010 and 2011) as well as in the Chambers Europe “Europe’s Leading Lawyers for Business” (in 2012 and 2013).

Author of numerous legal opinions concerning Polish and European environmental law, in particular EIA, environmental liability, protection of Natura 2000 sites, public participation, access to environmental information, as well as emission permits.
Ms. Bar participated, included as a coordinator, in numerous projects dealing with the aforementioned issues, concerning i.a. the implementation of the EU law in Poland.

Legal expert verifying documentation of projects applying for the EU funds in the light of the EIA legal requirements - preparing opinions on the commission of the Regional Development Ministry, Polish Agency for Enterprise Development and marshal offices.

Trainer during numerous trainings and workshops on Polish and European environmental law, in particular on EIA, organized for officials of various public authorities, entrepreneurs and NGOs.

Author and co-author of about 20 books, including commentaries to the Environmental Law Act (in 2001 and 2011), the textbook on environmental law (2005) and practical guide regarding issuing the EIA decisions (last issue - 2011).

Founder member of the Environmental Assessment Consultants Association (Stowarzyszenie Konsultantów Ocen Środowiskowych).
